Currently we have our own investment casting and forging factory. There are 78 employees and 18 technicians. Building area is around 6, 660 square meters. Our yearly output of castings can reach around 8000 tons. A formal quality assurance program with ISO 9001: 2000 certification insure that the finished products meet the customer′s specifications. We have the test equipment such as medium frequency induction furnace, shot blaster, metallurgical analysis, tensile strength tester, hardness tester, CMM. Also, the die making from CNC machining, painting, plating, assembly are all been offered locally for the purpose of our clients′ request.
